If you want somewhere for a great lazy breakfast or a scrumptious lunch, then head for Byng Street Local Store.  It's just a few minutes easy walk from the The Sampson - Orange.

The service is attentive, but not intrusive... casual, but not lazy... fun, but definitely not laughable.

Lauren is the go-to for top service. She clearly has the experience, confidence and attitude to make Byng St shine. They should bottle her or have her running training for the whole crew.

We've had many meals, teas, even meetings here and it mostly stacks up with any hip Sydney cafe.  Albeit with a dearth of man-buns and beards.
